Anyone who has a vehicle that meets the eligibility requirements can list their vehicle. You must be the registered owner or have authorization from the registered owner.
To book a car on CCC, you must create an account, be 25 years old or older with a valid driver’s license, and get approved to drive on CCC. When you’re booking your first trip, you’ll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver’s license and some other information. Once your account is verified and approved, you’ll be set for every future road trip, business trip, and family vacation!
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you book on CCC, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever books the vehicle) can add additional drivers with no fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts.

You can cancel and get a refund up to 72 hours before your trip starts. However, transaction fees may still apply. If you cancel after the 72 hour period, you will be charged a cancellation fee(Cancellation fees vary based on the vehicle booked).
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. You won’t be charged any cancellation fees. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
Many CCC hosts offer discounted prices for weekly and monthly trips, as well as “early bird” discounts for trips booked a week or more in advance. So, get the best deals and lowest rates possible by booking longer trips and in advance. Commercial Hosts may also offer weekly car rental and monthly car rental deals.
Hosts are required to clean and disinfect their vehicles thoroughly before every trip, so you can feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel. CCC hosts have been briefed by CCC to ensure that they are aware of this.
Yes, many hosts offer delivery to travel hubs like the Piarco International Airport in Trinidad and the ANR Robinson airport in Tobago, hotels, or custom delivery locations. There are cars available on CCC near the airports, or you can have your vehicle delivered and picked up at your hotel or vacation rental to save time and hassle. Some hosts offer free delivery, while others set their own delivery fee.
Your host is responsible for assisting you with any car trouble you may encounter. If however, they fail to assist you, you can report them to CCC and a follow-up will be done on your behalf.
Yes, you do need a car rental to enjoy and explore the islands. It is quite difficult to visit many popular destinations without one.
